Tool 01 · Email signature

One signature. Every inbox.

Pick the hat you are wearing, type your details, copy. Eleven brands, one locked layout, so every person in the portfolio signs the same way. Pastes clean into Gmail, Apple Mail, and Outlook.

Thanks for the time today. Everything we covered is in the doc, and I will have the first draft over by Friday.

§ 1

Build it

Locked layout · your details

Pick the brand, pick the person. Every field is kept per person, per brand, so your WilCo Guide title and your lightbreak title can differ and both stick. Photos and logos are hosted on this site, so a pasted signature keeps working. What you type here is remembered in this browser; tell TJ the final wording and it goes into the site for everyone.

Which hat are you wearing? sets the logo, accent, email, and website

Person details are kept per person, per brand

Filled from the People page. Or paste any square photo at a public https address.

Button optional. WilCo Guide carries its own by default.

§ 3

What is locked and what moves

One layout · six brands

The signature is a component, not a canvas. Nobody restyles it. The brand swaps the logo and link, the person swaps their details, and the frame never changes.

Locked

The frame

  • Round headshot, 86px, with a 2px ring in the brand accent.
  • Name, title, and company stacked in Georgia, in the brand ink.
  • A 1px accent rule, logo left and contact right, a second rule.
  • Contact lines with the four glyphs: mail, place, arrow, phone, in the accent.
  • Width 390, white background, no pills. The layout is the Planet Express signature, moved here.
Per brand

The house

  • Logo, served from this site.
  • Accent and ink colors, default email, website, and location.
  • WilCo Guide adds its Claim your free business page button.
Per person

The details

  • Headshot, name, title.
  • Email, phone, location.
  • An optional button of their own, in the brand ink with the accent edge.
